SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once processed, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can extend it.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after you receive it — this is normal and doesn't mean the package is lost.

If your order hasn't arrived
If 14 business days have passed since you received tracking and your order hasn't arrived, email us at support@lumoraroots.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll refund the product cost once it arrives back.
